You will be guided to breathe intentionally in different rhythmic patterns, allowing to reconnect with your body. Find clarity. Find rest. Find release. Or peace. Your breath will lead the way.
Your experience: movement, breathwork, meditationand integration and reflection/integration time.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Blindfold (I have enough for all participants)
No experience needed, just bring your breath and an open heart.
