Breathwork is the practice of intentional breathing. I guide you in different rhythmic breaths, using diaphragmatic inhales (deep breaths), allowing you to be present in your body and connect.

Here is how it goes:
1. Movement
We begin with gentle movement to help you drop into your body, release tension, and open up space for your breath. It is usually intuitive movement or dance, to an upbeat song, no experience needed!.
2. Breathwork
You'll then be guided through different rhythmic patterns. These rhythms help you move energy, clear emotional blocks, and access deeper states of awareness. It’s active, yet restorative, many describe it as a reset for their nervous system.
3. Meditation
After the breathwork, we shift into stillness. You will be guided in a 10 minute meditation.
4. Integration Time
The breath softens, and the body integrates the shifts that just occurred. It’s a moment to let the experience settle.
We close with time to land, this might include journaling, sharing, or simply resting. -

Tingling sensations, temperature changes, or energy moving
A deep sense of peace or connection
Restored calm and presence in your body
