  • You don't need any experience with art to do this work with me. What you already have is enough: your attention, your senses, and your willingness to slow down and notice what’s here, in your body and in your surroundings. From that noticing, something new can take shape, and feelings that are hard to name can find somewhere to go.

    I offer patience, attentiveness, and decades of trusting that people find their own way when given the space to do so. You don't need to have it all figured out to create something true here. You only need to be willing to begin.

  • I believe in your power to heal. I offer guidance with transparency and honesty. No room for judgment, just love.

    I am a Reiki Master, Breathwork facilitator, and Integrative Coach.

    With decades of working with families, being a GenX Mom who gets it, and years of my own healing journey behind me, I meet you where you are with compassion, awe, and belief in your innate capacity.
