What would happen if you BREATHE with intention?
In this session, you will have the opportunity to BE. Just BE.
In the moment.
In your body.
In your feelings.
In your inner truth.
During this session, we will start with light movement, to wake up the body, begin the process of loosening up stagnant energy, and break the ice.
We will then drop into our breath. I will guide you into different breathing patterns, where you can dive as deep as you want. Where you can find clarity, peace, release.
After the “work” part of this practice, you will be guided in meditation, followed by some integration time. This is a time where you can relax, reflect, journal, and just BE.
All with a personally curated playlist (and they are kickass playlists)
Afterwards, there will be an optional share, and time to connect.
You will need:
Yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, blanket, journal and pen if you wish, blindfold (I have enough for everyone)
