Join me each month for an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough Experience at Align Holistic Studio in Smith Falls —a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and time for integration. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or returning to your practice, this space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll begin by gently moving the body to release tension, ground into the present moment, and prepare for the breath. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of rhythmic breathing patterns to support emotional release, regulate the nervous system, and bring in a sense of clarity and peace.
We’ll close with stillness, reflection, and grounding—giving you space to absorb the experience and integrate.
This offering is held monthly as a way to reconnect with yourself, your breath, and a like-hearted community.
No experience needed—just bring your breath, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations 14 days before the workshop: Full refund or credit toward a future event.
Cancellations 7–13 days before the workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund or credit, as we’ve already committed resources and may not be able to fill your spot.
No-Shows
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
Workshop Cancellations by the Studio
If we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit, whichever you prefer.
