Each week will be a medley of Breathwork (2 different types of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork), mindfulness, Cacao ceremony, and other simple practices to add to your toolkit of rituals or daily practice. This is a space for you to dive deep into the sea of healing, or just BE. Yup, just BE, that’s it.
